Cancellation's
Want to cancel or amend an order? We will cancel or amend any order before we have dispatched it for a full refund - just email us at undercutthescalpers@hotmail.com and include your order number and we'll cancel or amend your order for you. If we have already dispatched your order please see our returns process below.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have up to 14 days from the date of your original order to return any products.
Please Note:
- For a product to be eligible for a return it must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your products. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To submit a return please email us with your order number at undercutthescalpers@hotmail.com - as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned products, we recommend using a tracked postal/shipping service for any orders over £50 or consider purchasing postal/shipping insurance.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please Note:
- It can take some time for your refund to appear in your bank account. Please check with your credit card company or bank account provider for an update on their current processing times to establish when you can expect to receive the refund.
